This easy-to-make and straightforward Fireball Fudge recipe are ideal for the holidays or any other occasion. Made with sweetened condensed milk and a few other ingredients, it’s also perfect for the whiskey cinnamon lover in your life! It’s creamy chocolate fudge with lovely cinnamon spice, making it a delectable dessert and an ideal gift.
While any cinnamon whiskey may be used in this fudge recipe, we utilize “Fireball Cinnamon Whisky,” which gives the treat its name.
Have you ever wondered what the best fudge recipe is? Of course, the solution contains alcohol! Combining chocolate and Whiskey into excellent fudge is similar to my favorite hobby. First with creamy Irish Whiskey, then straight up cinnamon whiskey in this easy fireball fudge recipe.
Fudge may be made in various ways, but the best method to create quick fudge is using condensed milk and a few additional ingredients.
Ingredients:
- Get some chocolate chips (on the flavor, you may also use white baking chips).
- You should also bring some sweetened condensed milk, be careful of using the evaporated milk!
- Finally, all you need now is some vanilla extract.
Instructions:
- Aluminum foil should be used to line an 8-by-8-inch baking dish.
- Melt the chocolate chips in a large mixing bowl in the microwave according to package directions.
- Combine the sweetened condensed milk, vanilla essence, and Whiskey in a mixing bowl.
- Get the mixture and start filling the baking dish halfway with it.
- Cover with aluminum foil and put aside to cool fully (about four to eight hours).
- One hour before slicing, place in the refrigerator.
- This final step of refrigerating the fudge is optional, making the fudge slice neatly.
- Enjoy within two weeks after storing in a sealed jar.
- To ensure the fudge sets, we reduce the amount of sweetened condensed milk we typically use and increase the number of chocolate chips we use in our speedy Fireball Fudge Recipe. While there isn’t enough Fireball Whiskey in each piece of fudge to give you a buzz, there is enough to provide you with that fantastic flavor everyone likes while still enabling your fudge to set.
- Make sure that you measure this out. A can from the grocery store is 14 oz, which is more than enough. Also, be sure you’re getting sweetened condensed milk and not evaporated milk, as they’re on the same shelf, and it’s easy to mix them up.
- Because the fudge contains alcohol, I would not offer it to minors. The alcohol burns out in specific recipes when a drink is provided, but it’s not guaranteed to happen in this fudge recipe.
