Almond Poppyseed Bread

Ingredients

  • 3 cups All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp. Salt
  • 1 1/2 cup Milk
  • 2 1/4 cups Sugar
  • 1 1/2 TBSP Poppyseeds
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 1/8 cup Canola Oil
  • 1 1/2 tsp. Vanilla
  • 1 tsp. I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter Margarine
  • 1 1/2 tsp. Almond Extract
  • 1 1/2 tsp. Baking Powder
  • Glaze Ingredients:
  • 1 tsp. I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter Margarine
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 tsp. Almond Extract
  • 1/3 cup Orange Juice

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients.
  • Mix by hand, just until moistened. Be careful not to overbeat!
  • Pour into two greased-floured loaf pans. Fill 3/4 full.
  • Roast in pre-heated to 350 °F ovens. For one hour.
